Procedure for placing an order:
Call or write to the manager and provide approximate measurements, find out the approximate cost of the order.
If you are satisfied with the preliminary calculation, we send a representative of our production to the object for measurement.
Then you have options:

Or we will be glad to see you in our office or in production.
When signing the Agreement it is necessary to pay an advance of 70% of the order amount. You can make it in any convenient way: cash, card or current account
After the advance payment is made, the order is sent to work. Order production time: 20-40 days, depending on the chosen material (for pine and ash - up to 30 days, for oak - up to 40 days).
When the order is made, we call and choose a convenient time for delivery and installation of products. After delivery, you must accept the order and sign the Act of acceptance / transfer of products. And pay the amount remaining under the contract (except for the cost of installation work, if they are provided by our company).
After that, our specialists begin installation of products. And when the installation is complete, all you have to do is accept their work and pay the last part of the amount - the cost of installation.
